Frequently asked questions
Is Netyvo a VPN for changing countries?
No. The app uses Android local VpnService to handle DNS. It does not change your country or public IP address.
Does it work on Android TV?
Yes. Netyvo includes an interface and tools designed for remote-control use on Android TV.
Does Premium require a subscription?
No. Choose monthly Premium with an eligible 7-day trial or a one-time Premium Lifetime purchase.
How can I capture TCP/UDP packets on Android without root?
Open Network Inspector / PacketScope in Netyvo Premium, start a capture and export the result as PCAP or PCAPNG if needed. Available data depends on the Android version and device configuration.
How do I change DNS on Android TV or Google TV?
Open Netyvo, choose a DNS provider or configure your own server, and activate the connection. Android may request permission to run its local DNS VPN service.
Can I wake up a PC remotely through Android TV?
WOL PRO supports a Remote Wake workflow using Android TV. The PC must support and enable Wake-on-LAN and the local network must be configured correctly.
Can I set a different DNS for selected Android apps?
Yes. Premium supports DNS settings for selected apps and app groups. This does not change your country or public IP address.
